“My goal for you is to become comfortable and confident, look natural and have FUN on the dance floor!”
Cynthia offers an original and unique approach to partner dance instruction with rapid results.
Is this ballroom dancing? Well, yes AND no! Competition or extensive training is not our goal.
I focus less on footwork and emphasize upper body posture and elementary steps – the Closed Position hold (in an intimate embrace) and simple variations that can be easily led and comfortably followed.
Swing, Fox Trot, Tango, Rumba & Waltz also available – social style.

Sessions are private and not shared with other couples
I have heard from clients that they booked a private dance lesson with highly visible dance studios.
BUT - when they had their private lesson of 50 minutes, the studio also had other couples sharing the studio space.
SO - they only got to hear their song of choice a few times and had to endure hearing other's songs as they were learning.
Now what's up with that !!

Featuring: Cynthia Glinka of On the Dance Floor
I first met Cynthia Glinka about 5 years ago, at an industry networking event. I still remember quite vividly her amazing energy, and the spark in her eyes when she described herself as a dancer. Thereafter, I began to send her my clients that needed dance lessons. As I saw the way she transformed my clients' confidence level on the dance floor, I was in awe. Even the shyest of the grooms who swore they had two left feet could be seen gracefully spinning his beautiful bride on the dance floor after just ONE lesson with Cynthia! It was magic!
Shortly after getting the fabulous feedback from my clients, I now encourage ALL my clients to do dance lessons with Cynthia. Even if they do not feel like they need it, it's a really fun part of the wedding planning process. One of my brides last year literally said she laughed so hard at the very first lesson that her stomach hurted for the rest of the night. She scheduled two more lessons with Cynthia after that, just to have fun!
